This upgrade is based on the practical needs of international visitors, integrating eight key service modules—welcome awards, bilingual assistance, payment benefits, convenience rentals, guest services, VIP lounge, transportation benefits, and tax refund service—to create a seamless service loop at Bailian. 

Stores will offer thoughtful amenities such as luggage storage and gift wrapping. Bilingual assistance counters ensure smooth communication in both Chinese and English. Dedicated tax refund zones provide guided assistance for a fast and efficient process. Rental equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, and umbrellas, is disinfected daily to ensure safety and reliability. In addition, VIP lounges offers more drinks, charging facilities, and comfortable environment.

活动期间，境外旅客凭有效护照可在门店主服务台免费领取境外旅客专属明信片合辑，内含总览明信片与10家门店专属明信片，中英韩泰四语标注，既是城市纪念，也是一站式消费服务指南。

During the campaign, international visitors can collect a complimentary set of exclusive postcards by presenting a valid passport at the main service counter. The set includes a general overview of Bailian, along with dedicated postcards for each of the 10 participating stores, featuring information in Chinese, English, Korean, and Thai. It serves not only as a memorable city souvenir, but also as a one-stop guide to shopping and services.
